VioVerse provides analytical review of consumer credit reports to identify potential reporting issues under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and related consumer protection laws. The service reviews a credit report PDF uploaded by the user and returns a structured summary of findings with confidence scores and legal context.
This service provides analysis only. It does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or a legal determination. Users should consult a licensed attorney for legal matters. Analysis output is informational and is not a substitute for independent professional review.
VioVerse does not file disputes with credit bureaus on behalf of users, does not contact creditors on behalf of users, does not remove items from credit reports, and does not guarantee any specific outcome regarding credit scores or report contents. VioVerse is an analysis tool; any action taken on the findings is the user's responsibility.
Access to the full analysis is a one-time payment of $24.99 USD. The payment unlocks the full analysis for the credit report you uploaded and for any additional credit reports you add during the same session. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. If you start a new session in the future, a new one-time payment is required. A session lasts as long as your browser keeps the session token. Closing your browser, clearing site data, or extended periods of inactivity may end your session and require a new payment to resume analysis. Payment is processed by Stripe. VioVerse does not store payment card information.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact support with the session reference and a brief explanation. Refunds are at VioVerse's discretion and are typically granted for technical errors that prevented the analysis from completing.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VioVerse is not liable for any outcome resulting from the use of the analysis, including but not limited to decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, or courts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VioVerse's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific analysis at issue.
The VioVerse platform, software, analysis methodology, and all related content are owned by VioVerse. Users retain ownership of their uploaded credit report PDFs. By uploading a report, users grant VioVerse a limited license to process it for the purpose of producing the requested analysis.
